2. Services

2.1. Exhibitor documents for submission (applicable to all exhibitors)

2.1.1. Promotional materials: All exhibitors shall submit promotional materials by Aug. 26, 2022 12pm, including the full name of the company (Chinese and English), high-definition Logo in vector graph or JPG 300K or above. 


2.1.2. Exhibitor free tickets: Exhibitors shall fill in the basic information by Sep. 18, 2022 12pm. (Submission link for the digital form will be sent via WeChat/E-mail in Aug. 2022)


2.2. Must-read for exhibitors using standard booths (standard booths users only)

* A standard booth is a 3m x 3m exhibition area where construction is undertaken by the construction supplier appointed by the organizer.


2.2.1. Standard booth furniture: One set of backdrop board(s), side panel(s), and consulting table(s) and chair(s), one set of a meeting table and 4 chairs, 4 spot lamps, one power connection, one trash bin.


2.2.2. Dimensions for graphic design:

Booths with one opening: one backdrop board graph(2850mm(L)*2500mm (H)), one side panel graph (1225mm(L)*2500mm (H)), one consulting table graph (1000mm(L)*1000mm (H));

Booths with two openings: one backdrop board graph(2950mm(L)*2500mm (H)), two side panel graphs (1225mm(L)*2500mm (H)), one consulting table graph (1000mm(L)*1000mm (H)).


2.2.3. Submission deadline: Exhibitors using standard booths shall submit drawings to the appointed construction supplier by email by Aug. 7, 2022.


2.2.4. Booth equipment for rental: Booth equipment for rental include tables, chairs, display platforms, TV screens, freezers, refrigerators.


2.3. Must-read for exhibitors using specially decorated booths (specially decorated booths users only)

* A specially decorated booth is a 3m x 3m bare floor area where construction is undertaken by third-party construction suppliers that have good qualification, good track record, rich experience, and strict management. Please refer to FBIF Exhibition Catalogue of Recommended Builders for contact information.


2.3.1. Documents for construction application: Booth visuals, construction application form, Letter of Safety Responsibility, copy of Special Operation Permit, digital receipt of deposit, etc. 


2.3.2. Water/electricity/gas/Internet rental: Rental services for water, electricity, gas, and Internet are available.


2.3.3. Hanging Service: Hanging service is available for booths in Hall 17.


2.3.4. Booth equipment for rental: Booth equipment for rental include tables, chairs, display platforms, TV screens, freezers, refrigerators.


2.3.5. Construction application deadline: Construction application for specially decorated booths shall be completed by Aug. 8, 2022.

3. Covid-19

According to Shenzhen Covid-19 control policies, all exhibition participants must present the health codetravel itinerary code, and negative PCR test result within past 48 hours prior to entering exhibition halls. (Entry requirements are subject to change as required by Covid-19 control policies. Please follow the latest announcement.)
