Ms. Anne Tse leads the Greater China business for PepsiCo Inc., world's leading Food and Beverage company with 23 billion-dollar brands, including consumer love marks such as Pepsi, Lays, Quaker, Gatorade, and Be & Cheery.
Over the past years, Anne and her team has step-changed the PepsiCo China business end-to-end, from category expansions, to elevated consumer experience with disruptive innovations and engagements, to market penetration through industry-leading omni-channel advantages, to enhanced supply chain with expanded footprint and agilities.
Anne has been putting digital transformation at the core of the business growth. Under her leadership, PepsiCo was the F&B pioneer in establishing dedicated e-Comm and digital structure, not only to engage with consumers, but also to incubate innovations.
Anne is also a big believer in innovation, from product and brand experience to business models, earning iconic awards such as Superbrands and GenZ's Favorite Brands for brands like Pepsi and Lays.
She has a strong passion for talent development and women leadership. She has sponsored many leadership programs at and outside PepsiCo, ranging from executive development centers, women leadership forums, and mentorship programs.
Anne grew up in Hong Kong and obtained her MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
